- Bula Shuttle accepts NO responsibility or liability for delayed or cancelled flights and traffic delays due to road congestion or accidents. Please allow sufficient time to complete check-in and customs and immigration formalities. We are pleased to assist you in determining an appropriate pick up time.

- For transfers originating from Sydney Airport you will be picked up from the respective shuttle base parking bays.T1 – Sydney International Terminal – Shuttle Base is located opposite the Rydges Hotel. Follow the terminal signs to the Qantas Domestic Transfer check-in counter and will find the Shuttle Base to the left of the Qantas Domestic Transfer check-in area.The driver will allow 60 minutes from your flight’s published landed time to meet you at the shuttle base. Please make contact with your driver on +61425 817 717 if you are unable to exit within 60 minutes so we can work out a mutually acceptable arrangement to both parties. Charges of $20 per hour will be charged at driver’s discretion in the event of unreasonable delays. More than 90 minutes after published landed time is considered unreasonable.T2 – Sydney Domestic Terminal for Virgin Airlines, Jetstar, Tiger, Rex and Pelican. Turn left when you exit the terminal building and follow the footpath to the U bend where the shuttle base is located.T3- Qantas Domestic Terminal – The driver will meet you near the baggage carousel where your luggage is placed.The first 20 minutes parking fee is included in your price quote. To avoid additional parking fee charges please call the driver on +61 425 817 717 when you have cleared immigration and customs formalities, collected your luggage and making your way to the nominated shuttle parking bays.
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a booking. No refunds are paid for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice. A 25% fee for cancellation is charged to cover administrative costs.
Bula Shuttle shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever to goods, baggage or personal effects during the transfer. Clients are advised to ensure they are sufficiently covered by their travel insurance.
